What Time is Check-in and Check Out?

The check in and check out time is the same for all our rental properties. Guests can check in any time after 4:00PM. Check out time is at 10:00AM.

Can I Get an Early Check-in or late Check Out?

Sometimes we can accommodate early check-in and late check-out, but we will not know if we can until it gets very close to your booking, and most cases, the same day of your arrival. Our cleaning team usually takes the full amount of time between bookings to make our homes amazing for you. During Peak Season (May-October) early check-ins and late check-outs are rare, as we have back to back bookings throughout that time.

Are Linens Provided?

Yes. We provide bed linens, 1 set of bath towels (1 towel, 1 hand towel & 1 wash cloth) per person, and kitchen towels.

When Will I Receive My Check-in Instructions?

You will receive your check-in instruction via email/text 2 days prior to your arrival. The instructions include the address, maps, house rules, local recommendations and activities, video tutorials, and a ton of other “need to know” information!

How Do I check-in to the property?

We have contactless check-in and check-out at all our properties! We provide a key-code for your convenience. Two days prior to your arrival you will receive the check-in instructions specific to your vacation rental.

Is Wi-Fi Available?

Yes! All of our rentals have FREE Wi-Fi!

What Amenities are Offered?

All of our properties include towels, linens, all soaps, a starter of paper towels/toilet paper/garbage bags, and cleaning supplies.

We also have kayaks and bikes at most of our properties. For a full list of adventure amenities, please see the listing page specific to the home you have booked or are interested in!

Are Pets Allowed?

We do allow dogs with approval! No other types of pets allowed, sorry! Pet fees apply. Service animals are always free.

Are Weddings or Other Events Allowed?

We can sometimes accommodate small weddings or elopements. Fees apply. Please inquire before booking! Corporate events, family reunions, family vacations, etc are always allowed if the occupancy stays within our limits. Tame bachelor/bachelorette events are allowed with approval.

What is Your Refund Policy?

Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Also, we cannot issue refunds due to canceled or shortened stays because of inclement weather, environmental damage, evacuation, acts of terrorism, acts of God, family illness, family death, accidents, etc. We recommend purchasing travel insurance on any stay you book!
