Adventure Cottage, a rustic waterfront cabin on the lake clad with character and charm. It’s not perfect, but it will be perfect for your group if you love to play, adventure, and relax on the water in all seasons!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom #1: King king bed overlooking the bay, with ROKU TV
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with ROKU TV
Bedroom #3: Two bunk beds. 1 full over full, and 1 twin over twin. This room overlooks the bay as well!
Living room: Leather sleepover sofa, overlooking the bay, with ROKU TV.
*We include a pack ‘n play in the closet for the littles, and have black our curtains in all the bedrooms for those who don’t want the sun shining on their face in the morning!

“THE ADVENTURE SHED” is our detached garage that is full of items so your family and friends can have endless adventures together. 10 bikes of all sizes and a tandem bike, 6 kayaks, life jackets, washer board games, bags sets, fire pit (we do not provide firewood), tons of lawn chairs, extra coolers to use, footballs, Frisbees, charcoal grill, 8 fishing poles and light tackle to use, and so much more. Our cabin overlooks one of the hottest fishing spots in all of Door County, Which is Larsen’s Reef in Sand Bay! We also have a 40 foot dock to enjoy as well (dock is season June through mid September.)

OUTDOOR PATIOS:
Enjoy unforgettable sunrises and sunsets! The screened in porch in the back of the cottage facing the back yard has wicker furniture and beautiful views of our land. Walk out the patio doors to the new deck facing the bay and find our grilling station where we have a gas and charcoal grill. We also have concrete patio that is right on the water’s edge with a 180 degree view of Sand Bay.

KITCHEN/LIVING/DINING:
Our open concept kitchen/living/dining is newly renovated with modern touches, but keeps with the theme of rustic charm. Views of the bay from every window. A fully equipped kitchen (sorry, no dishwasher!), with everything you’ll need to cook amazing meals at our home or order in! Cozy up next to the wood burning fireplace and keep the littles occupied with our “kids corner” where we have tons of toys, games, and books! Feel like crankin’ up the tunes? We have a large Bluetooth speaker that can be used inside and outside! Want to relax after a long day exploring the Peninsula? We provide high speed internet with WIFI connection and a ROKU TV over the fireplace. *We do not provide cable, but you can login to any of your streaming services*

BATHROOM:
Our cozy and cute bathroom has a stand up shower and we provide all the towels and soaps for your stay! No need to bring your own.

KID/BABY SUPPLIES:
We provide a pack ‘n play, baby monitor, high-chair, kids/baby utensils, cups, bowls, and plates. We also provide tons of toys, games, and books inside! In the adventure shed we have strollers, kids bikes, and tons of other items the kiddos will love to play with!

PET SUPPLIES:
Bring fido! (With prior approval of, course!) We provide dog crates, dog beds, dog toys, leashes, steaks, doo-doo bags, bowls, and more! *Pet fee is $50/night PER dog. All dogs must be approved by owner/property manager.*

Sand Bay Point feels like a secluded island in Hawaii! The Point stretches out into the Bay and is covered with trees, marsh, and wildlife.

Easy access to everything Door County has to offer including hiking, biking, golf, water sports, shopping, & festivals!
